Ingredients:
- Chocolate Syrup (like Torani, Ghirardelli, Monin, DaVinci)
- Club Soda
- Milk or Cream
- 1 tbsp. coffee syrup (like Torani, Monin, DaVinci)
- Blue Food Coloring
- Whipped Cream for garnish
- Cadbury Mini Eggs for garnish
Directions:
Be sure all ingredients are thoroughly chilled. Add 2 tablespoons of syrup to a tall glass. Add 1/4 cup milk or cream to glass. Fill the rest of the glass with club soda, and add a small drop of food coloring. Stir the drink until completely mixed and frothy. Top with whipped cream and a mini egg. Enjoy a lovely spring treat!
