Holiday Pomegranate Punch
Ingredients:
- 1 1 /2 cups pomegranate flavored syrup (like Torani, Monin, or DaVinci)
- 3 /4 cups fresh lemon juice
- 1 1 /2 cups light rum
- 2 750 ml bottles champagne or sparkling white wine
- Ice
- Pomegranate seeds
Directions:
Chill all ingredients beforehand. Combine liquid in a large punch bowl . To make sure punch does not become watery as ice melts, make your ice cubes with pomegranate syrup in a 1:4 syrup to water ratio. Freeze and add red cubes to your punch. Add pomegranate seeds for festive decoration!
