Ingredients:
- 200ml egg whites
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup superfine sugar
- 3/4 cup icing sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 tsp Hazelnut Syrup (like Monin, Torani, DaVinci)
Directions:
Beat egg white until frothy then add cream of tartar. With mixer on medium, beat until soft peak is formed in mixture. With mixer on medium low, add sugar slowly, and then beat on medium high until stiff peaks are formed. Add flavouring and whip to blend together. Bake at 240 degrees for 2 hrs. 15 minutes. Top with finely chopped hazelnut for delicious decoration.
