    Dublin Mudslide Martini

    A sweet coffee cocktail that pays tribute to Ireland's beautiful capital city!

    Ingredients:
    • 3/4 oz. premium vodka
    • 3/4 oz. Irish cream liqueur
    • 3/4 oz. Iced coffee concentrate (like Dolce)
    • 2 oz half and half
    • Ice
    • Chocolate sauce (like Ghirardelli or Monin)

    Directions:
    Add all ingredients except chocolate sauce to a cocktail shaker. Shake until mixed well. Strain into a chilled martini glass swirled with chocolate sauce and enjoy!
